Sudheer Krishnan

Prior to joining ALB as Client Relations Manager, Sudheer lead the support team at several Indian, US and European based companies (Idea Cellular Limited, Taj Hotels & Resorts, LSG, Quickbiz IT Solutions, and Williamslea Tag). With more than 9 years of experience in customer support and workflow coordinator. He worked as the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get their requirements done. Sudheer experience include managing team, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and team collaboration.

In 2018 he received an award for exceptional Team Work and Collaboration by Williamslea Tag and 4 times winner of GSTS (In-house guest satisfaction tracking system) competition conducted by Taj Hotels & Resorts.

He also completed the Internal Auditors Training Program on ISO 9001:2008 conducted by Boston Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. Sudheer holds a bachelor degree in English Literature from Mahatma Gandhi University, India.
