Accurate Legal Billing, Inc. is looking for an experienced sales leader to drive sales across multiple ALB SAAS pillars (ALB1.0, ALB2.0 ALBHub) and services, and build a team of dynamic sales professionals. Role Description

As the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for consulting with C-Level executives at law firms and helping them understand how ALB AI products and services can create new efficiencies and impact the bottom line for their attorneys, and billing team and increase firm revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization. We're looking for sharp, energetic, and detail-oriented people who are passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. These individuals (East and West Coast-based) will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for the entire company: building, managing, and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data-driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across the legal industry.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively to drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base, and generate new revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at law firms of all size.
  • Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs.
  • Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing SDRs, Customer Success Reps, and Account Executives as the company grows
  • Work with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales within the legal industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Passion, drive, and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients.
  • Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed.
  • Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field
Compensation Package
  • Competitive base salary.
  • The salary range is $125-$300k. Will vary based on the commission/bonus plan.
  • Commission/ Annual bonus.
  • Stock Options after 3 years.
  • Full Medical and Dental Insurance and Pension 401K up 5% after 3 months

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • To assist the eBilling Team leader/ Manager to achieve the process objectives
  • To process the deliverables within the agreed service levels with a very high standard of accuracy and attention following the defined operating procedures, guidelines and knows when to escalate to supervisors/ managers of any case or concerns
  • Understand, implement and contribute best practices for operations and constantly seek opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure integrity of the data is always maintained and that everything has been captured in accordance with defined Standard procedures, company best practices and legal regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of all internal company's and client's information
  • Submit electronic invoices in the required LEDES electronic invoice format in client’s preferred portal
  • Log into specified portals using credentials provided and extracting/ downloading / printing matter and invoice status information
  • Should have knowledge and experience with eBilling vendors (e.g. eBillinghub, TyMetrix 360, CounselLink, Collaborati, Legal Tracker (Serengeti), Collaboration Portal (Passport), Corridor Bridgeway, Onit Billing Point, DoeLegal Ascent, LSS, Lawtrac, BottomLine Legal Exchange and others) is preferred.

  • Ability to know when to refer to senior team member to take appropriate further action Previous Experience:
  • Has a proven 1 to 3 years of prior experience working in a similar role, preferably in a partnership environment/ Law firm experience desirable
  • Experience of working in KPO/ BPO industry for offshore clients, preferably in professional service.

Requirements:

Graduate with minimum 2 - 4 years experience in Angular. Fair Knowledge of HTML and CSS, Javascript, jQuery etc. Experience in .NET/.NETMVC.
