As the Regional Sales Director, you will partner directly with C-suite leaders across law firms to demonstrate how ALB’s AI-driven solutions enhance operational efficiency, strengthen billing performance, and drive revenue growth. You will lead all revenue-generating initiatives, build and manage a high-performance sales team, and shape ALB’s go-to-market strategy across East and West Coast regions. This role is ideal for driven, consultative sales experts who are passionate about transforming traditional processes and delivering measurable business value.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, maintain, and advance a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across law firms of all sizes.
• Lead client-facing engagements including discovery meetings, solution presentations, product demos, and proposal delivery to C-level leaders.
• Understand prospect challenges and create compelling ROI-focused business cases tailored to their needs.
• Independently generate new business opportunities through research-driven outreach and prospecting.
• Design and execute a scalable sales process spanning lead generation through contract closure.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success team members.
• Partner closely with Implementation and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client outcomes.
• Leverage CRM and data-driven insights for accurate forecasting and performance management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine revenue strategies and support company-wide growth initiatives.

Key Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of success in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within the legal technology sector.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue goals in complex, consultative sales environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience — building, scaling, and empowering high-performing sales teams.
• Strong proficiency in both inside and field sales, including outbound prospecting and full-cycle deal management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving environment.

Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with law firms, understanding their unique business challenges, and demonstrating how ALB products can optimize operations, improve billing efficiency, and increase firm revenue. You will play a critical client-facing role, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Pipeline Development : Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Identify and engage potential clients, including attorneys, billing managers, and firm decision-makers.
• Discovery & Product Knowledge : Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements, pain points, and business goals. Develop deep expertise in ALB’s SaaS solutions to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Customer Engagement & Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that address client needs and highlight ROI. Answer client queries and position solutions in line with business outcomes.
• Negotiation & Closing : Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Finalize terms and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Relationship Management : Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders at small, mid sized, and large law firms. Foster client loyalty and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Collaboration & Onboarding : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, smooth implementation, and post-sale support.
• Sales Performance & Reporting : Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance quotas. Track opportunities, manage sales activities, forecast revenue, and prepare reports on market trends and client interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS solution sales (legal industry experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in consultative selling and creating tailored business cases for clients.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies through digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, and social media — with a strong focus on driving qualified leads and increasing for the sales team.

• Submit formal appeals through client portals or billing platforms in accordance with specified formats and timelines.
