Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with law firms, understanding their unique business challenges, and demonstrating how ALB products can optimize operations, improve billing efficiency, and increase firm revenue. You will play a critical client-facing role, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Development : Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Identify and engage potential clients, including attorneys, billing managers, and firm decision-makers.
  • Discovery & Product Knowledge : Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements, pain points, and business goals. Develop deep expertise in ALB’s SaaS solutions to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Customer Engagement & Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that address client needs and highlight ROI. Answer client queries and position solutions in line with business outcomes.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Finalize terms and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Management : Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders at small, mid sized, and large law firms. Foster client loyalty and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Submit formal appeals through client portals or billing platforms in accordance with specified formats and timelines.
