Brian Matthews joined ALB as the Law Firms’ Success and Growth Director and he is adept at building and maintaining excellent relations with each of our clients. His primary role focuses on ensuring that the quality of services and products provided by ALB to the law firms are not lacking in the excellence of quality assured to each of them with regards to timely delivery, customer service, troubleshooting, etc.
He reports to the CEO directly and works cross functionally with the development and marketing teams, thus seaming together a comprehensive growth package customised for each law firms’ needs.
Prior to working with ALB, Matthews has functioned in similar roles of Growth Management and Customer Relations for over a decade across various parts of CA and NY. He is a post graduate in Business Management from Scotland.
